I didn’t start making art until well into college, and even then I found myself not being able to stick to a single medium. I work with everything from collage to assemblage.

Employing a multidisciplinary approach, my work explores the intersection of folklore and globalization, focusing on the profound and often unexpected consequences of this convergence. Inspired by the concept of Techgnosis”—the merging of the digital and the mystical—I seek to understand how our increasingly connected world shapes our perceptions of reality and the extraordinary.

Central to my artistic practice is the idea of the angel as a messenger, a concept I recontextualize into modern forms. These digital angels manifest as deliverers of information, electricity, and resources, formed from the collective thoughts of a modern populace. Through the use of scavenged materials, vibrant colors, motion, and light, I convey the complexity of our experiences and existences in the internet age. Ultimately, my work speaks to the transformative power of unique perspectives in a world where culture and technology are inextricably intertwined.

I am a mixed media artist from Fayetteville, North Carolina.
